ALL ABOUT US

I have worked in the Veterinary Industry as a Registered Veterinary Nurse for over ten years; gaining much experience within first opinion and referral hospitals, with added post graduation certificates and diplomas. As my career developed I gained a real drive in helping those patients who were a little nervous or worried, reactive or showing signs of aggression. This led me to study canine behaviour and psychology which not only had amazing benefits for my furry patients, but also led me onto an alternative career path which I absolutely love! I am a member of the International Association Of Animal Behaviour Consultants (IAABC), Canine Training Professional with The Pet Professional Guild British Isles (PPGBI), and Registered Veterinary Nurse with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS). I also hold a Certificate in Veterinary Nursing Emergency and Critical Care and an Advanced Diploma in Canine Behaviour and Applied Animal Behaviour (Canine). I am continuing my studies to become a Clinical Animal Behaviourist.

I offer 1:1 puppy and adult obedience sessions which can cover all aspects of training, healthcare, socialisation and nutritional advice, dependant on how many sessions are arranged.
I also offer 1:1 behaviour modification and rehabilitation sessions which may include behavioural issues such as aggression, reactivity, phobias, separation anxiety and resource guarding.
Other services include home visits for: nail clips, anal glands, removal of matting and basic grooming, administration of medications including insulin for diabetic pets, management for paraplegic pets including bladder expressing and wound management.

I am a positive reinforcement, reward-based trainer and behaviourist only.
